Creamy Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g chicken breast, diced
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g pasta
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g spinach

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the garlic for 3 minutes at 100°C on Speed 1.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on Reverse Speed Soft.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes, pasta, and stock, then cook for 12 minutes at 100°C on Reverse Speed 1.
  • Stir in the cream and spinach, let rest for 2 minutes, then serve.

Notes

Use short pasta like penne or fusilli for best results. Adjust seasoning to taste and garnish with grated Parmesan if desired. This recipe is ideal for quick weeknight meals.
